An injury has forced Darrell Montague to pull out of his UFC 171 bout against Will Campuzano and stepping in to take the fight is Justin Scoggins.
UFC officials announced the change on Tuesday and the new bout will remain on the preliminary card.
UFC 171 takes place on March 15th from the American Airlines Arena in Dallas and will be headlined by Johny Hendricks facing Robbie Lawler for the vacant UFC welterweight title.
Scoggins (8-0) was signed by the UFC in late 2013 and made his debut at UFC Fight Night 33 in December. In his debut, he defeated Richie Vaculik by TKO in the first round and it was his fitth straight win to come by TKO/KO.
Campuzano (13-5) recently returned to the UFC and was defeated by Sergio Pettis at UFC 167. The defeat snapped a five fight winning streak and it was his first defeat since losing to Chris Cariaso at UFC Fight for the Troops 2 in 2011.
