The UFC Fight Night 42 fight card continues to grow as a lightweight bout has been booked for the card as Ernest Chavez will meet Elias Silverio. 
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on Tuesday and this fight will likely be placed on the preliminary card.
UFC Fight Night 42 will take place on May 31st at the Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil and is expected to serve as the finale for The Ultimate Fighter Brazil III.
Chavez (7-0) won his UFC debut in February when he defeated Yosdenis Cedeno by split decision at UFC 170. It was his fourth career win to come by decision and his other three wins have come by TKO/KO.
Silverio (10-0) was signed by the UFC last year after starting his career with eight straight wins. After winning his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 28, he returned at the beginning of the year and defeat Isaac Vallie-Flagg by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 35.
