The tenth episode of The Ultimate Fighter Nations premiered Wednesday on Fox Sports 1 and featured the first semifinal bout as Chad Laprise faced fellow Team Canada teammate Kajan Johnson.
According to Nielsen sources, Wednesday night’s eighth episode landed at 195,000 total viewers, which is down 3.5% from the last episode that featured a fight.
When it came to the competition in the 10 p.m. ET last Wednesday, Duck Dynasty on A&E was the top show as the reality show drew 4.7 million viewers and had a 1.9 share in the adult 18-49 demo. Other top shows in the 10 p.m. ET hour were The Big Bang Theory on TBS (2.9 million), Wahlburgers on A&E (2.3 million), and Real World Ex-Plosion on MTV (1.3 million).
The top sports programming last Wednesday was a first round game in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. The game began just after 9 p.m. ET and had over 2 million viewers. The other top sports programming came from ESPN, which had a doubleheader of NBA basketball games and both had over 1.4 million.
