Bellator 119 TV viewership down 27% with 511k viewers and peak of 666k

According to Nielsen sources, Bellator 119’s preliminary live viewership landed at 511,000 total viewers and this is down 27 percent from Bellator 118’s preliminary viewership number of 711,000.

The peak of the broadcast was 666,000 viewers and this is the lowest peak viewership of the season. The average viewership number of 511,000 is the second lowest of this season, with the previous low being 507,000 for Bellator 113. With the viewership from Friday night, the average audience of this season is now 667,000 and this is above the season nine Friday night average of 652,000.

When it came to the competition on cable, the night was won by the NBA playoff game between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Los Angeles Clippers. This game started at 10:36 p.m. ET and had 4.9 million viewers. Other top cable shows on Friday night were the NFL Draft on ESPN (3.1 million), NFL Draft on ESPN 2 (2.6 million), and the NBA playoff game between the Indiana Pacers an Washington Wizards (3.2 million).
