The latest addition to the UFC Fight Night 50 event on September 5th in Connecticut is a lightweight bout as Al Iaquinta will meet Rodrigo Damm.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Saturday.
UFC Fight Night 50 will come from the Foxwoods Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut on September 5th and will be headlined by a middleweight bout as Gegard Mousasi meets Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza.
Iaquinta (8-3-1) had his three fight winning streak snapped in May as he was submitted by Mitch Clarke in the second round at UFC 173. All of his defeats have come by submission and two of them have come by technical submission.
Damm (12-7) will also enter this fight following a defeat as he lost a decision to Rashid Magomedov. The defeat snapped a two fight winning streak and both of those wins came by decision.
