The co-main event of The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale has been announced by the UFC as Jeremy Stephens will meet Charles Oliveira in a featherweight bout.
The fight booking was announced during Tuesday’s edition of the UFC Minute on the UFC website.
The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale 20 will come from the Palms in Las Vegas on December 12th and will be headlined by the inaugural women’s strawweight title bout.
Stephens (23-10) dropped down to the featherweight division and won his first three fights in the 145 pound division. He will enter this fight following a defeat as he lost a decision to Cub Swanson in the main event of UFC Fight Night 44 in June.
Oliveira (18-4, 1NC) has won back to back fights and he has won a performance of the night bonus in both of those fights. He was scheduled to face Nik Lentz at the beginning of the month at UFC Fight Night 50, but he was pulled from the bout on the day of the event after falling ill.
