A featherweight bout has been added to the UFC 181 card on December 6th in Las Vegas as Alex White will meet Clay Collard on the preliminary card.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Thursday.
UFC 181 will come from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas and will be headlined by a title rematch as Johny Hendricks defends the UFC welterweight title against Robbie Lawler.
White (10-1) signed with the UFC earlier this year after winning nine straight to start his career and won his promotional debut against Estevan Payan at UFC on FOX 11. He returned at UFC Fight Night 45 and was defeated in the third round by knockout against Lucas Martins.
Collard (13-5, 1NC) made his UFC debut in August and was defeated by Max Holloway in the third round by TKO. The defeat snapped a five fight unbeaten streak and it was his first defeat since 2012.
