UFC 182 will be headlined by Jon Jones defending the UFC light heavyweight title against Daniel Cormier and Herb Dean will the third man in the cage as he was named the referee on Friday.
Nevada Athletic Commission Executive Director Bob Bennett recommended Dean as the referee during Friday’s Nevada Athletic Commission meeting, which was approved by the commissioners.
In addition to naming Dean as the referee, the commission assigned Marcos Rosales, Cardo Urso, and Tony Weeks as the judges for the fight.
UFC 182: Jones vs. Cormier will come from the MGM Grand Garden Arena on January 3rd and the complete fight card is below.
