Jesse Taylor recently pulled out of his World Series of Fighting 17 bout against Krasimir Mladenov with an injury and Mladenov will now meet Brendan Kornberger on the January 17th fight card. 
The fight change was made official by the World Series of Fighting on Monday
World Series of Fighting 17 will take place from Planet Hollywood and will be headlined by a welterweight bout as Jake Shields meets Brian Foster.
Kornberger (5-0) is out of Vancouver and his World Series of Fighting debut came in 2013 as he defeated Micah Brakefield by TKO in the second round. Following that fight, he took a fight outside of the promotion and defeated Brad Stewart.
Mladenov (11-0) made his World Series of Fighting debut last year and has won both of his fights in the promotion by unanimous decision. His most recent victory came in June as he defeated Angel DeAnda.
