Mike Richman vs. Eduardo Dantas scratched from Bellator 135; L.C. Davis vs. Hideo Tokoro elevated from prelims to co-main event

Mike Richman suffered an undisclosed injury in training and his upcoming bout against Eduardo Dantas has been scratched from this month’s Bellator 135 and the new co-main event of the fight card will be L.C. Davis vs. Hideo Tokoro.

Richman tweeted his injury over the weekend and a Bellator official confirmed the change to The MMA Report on Monday evening.

Bellator 135 will come from the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma on March 27 and will be headlined by Joe Warren defending the bantamweight title against Marcos Galvao.

In the tweet announcing his injury, Richman stated that his fight against Dantas has been moved to Bellator 137 on May 15. The MMA Report has learned that this is the targeted date for the fight and nothing official has been decided at this time.
