Chuck O’Neil will be making his next CES MMA welterweight title defense on June 12 at CES MMA 29 as he is challenged by Dominique Steele.
The fight booking was announced by CES MMA today and it’s likely this will be the main event of the fight card.
O’Neil (15-6) became the CES MMA champion last year when he defeated Ricardo Funch at CES MMA 26. He is currently on a four fight winning streak and is coming off an eleven second knockout against Emmanuel Walo.
Steele (12-5) has won six of his last seven fights and is coming off a win last month against Nick Duell at NAAFS: Cage Vengeance 16. Four of his last five wins have come by decision, including the win over Duell.
CES MMA 29 will come from the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, Rhode Island and more information on this fight card will be released by the promotion shortly.
