The UFC Fight Night 63 Weigh-Ins took today in Fairfax, Virginia and the featherweight main event is now official after both fighters made weight. 
Today’s weigh-ins came from the Patriot Center and the same venue will host tomorrow’s fight card.
The event will be headlined by a featherweight bout between former UFC title challengers as Chad Mendes (145.5 lbs) meets Ricardo Lamas (145.5 lbs).
“Ricardo is a tough guy,” Mendes said. “In my opinion, this is the true number one contender spot. I am looking to get out there and put on a great performance.”
The only fighter to initially miss weight was lightweight Jorge Masvidal. He came in .5 pound over the lightweight limit of 156 pounds and he was able to make weight on his second attempt.
