I thought Nevada denied Zuffa’s request to stay discovery last month? Or was that California that did it before it was transferred to Nevada?

In terms of a timeline, best person to ask is John Nash of Bloody Elbow. He can give you exact dates of all of the information you are looking for.

How was Stitch exclusive to the UFC for all these yrs in terms of MMA? Also it feels like Herb Dean is also exclusive to the UFC. I don’t see him referring any other places outside the UFC.

The cutmen get paid and assigned fights by the UFC, while referees are paid and assigned to work fights by the commission. Herb Dean has been assigned to be a referee for UFC, Bellator, WSOF, etc.
