Matt Spisak has a new opponent for next week’s Unified MMA 26 fight card as he will now be facing Curtis Demarce in a catchweight bout of 150 pounds in the co-main event of the fight card.
The fight changed was announced by Unified MMA officials on Tuesday.
Spisak (9-5) is now on his fourth opponent for this fight card as he was initially scheduled to face Parwez Ghulam for the promotions featherweight title. He is currently on a five fight winning streak and four of those wins have come by submission. Demarce (15-12) is coming off a TKO win in October and that snapped a three fight losing streak. Eleven of his fifteen wins have come by stoppage and seven of those have come by submission.
Unified MMA 26 will come from the Mirage Banquet Hall in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on March 4 and will be headlined by a heavyweight title eliminator as Tim Hague meets Tanner Boser in a rematch of their fight from last year.
