Cole Miller replaces Dennis Siver, meets B.J. Penn at UFC 199

Dennis Siver pulled out of his UFC 199 bout against B.J. Penn this week due to undisclosed reasons and stepping up to face the former UFC champion will be Cole Miller.

The fight change was made official by the UFC on Wednesday night’s edition of UFC Tonight on FS1.

UFC 199 will come from The Forum in Inglewood, California on June 4 and will be headlined by a title fight rematch as Luke Rockhold defends the UFC middleweight title against former UFC champion Chris Weidman.

Miller (21–9, 1NC) is coming off a no-contest against Jim Alers at UFC on FOX 17 in December and he is 2-1, 1NC in his last four fights. Penn (16-10-2) will be stepping into MMA competition for the first time in nearly two years as he lost to Frankie Edgar at The Ultimate Fighter 19 Finale in July of 2014. He is currently on a three fight losing streak and his last win came in 2010 against Matt Hughes.
