A heavyweight bout that was originally scheduled to take place earlier this year will now take place at UFC on FOX 20 in July as Francis Ngannou will meet UFC newcomer Bojan Mihajlovic in a heavyweight bout on the preliminary card.
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on Tuesday.
UFC on FOX 20 will come from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois and will be headlined by a women’s bantamweight bout as former UFC champion Holly Holm faces Valentina Shevchenko.
Ngannou (7-1) is currently on a six fight winning streak and two of those wins have come in the UFC. Both of his wins in the UFC have come by TKO/KO in the second round and his most recent win came in April against Curtis Blaydes at UFC Fight Night 86. Mihajlovic (10-3) was supposed to face Ngannou at UFC Fight Night 86, but he was pulled from the event. He is currently on a ten fight winning streak and his most recent victory came in November against Muhamad Mahmic.
