The medical suspensions for Bellator 160 have been released by the California State Athletic Commission and Patricio “Pitbull” Freire is facing a potential six month suspension.
California State Athletic Commission Executive Director Andy Foster released the medical suspensions on Monday to The MMA Report after they were requested.
Bellator 160 took place last Friday night at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California and was headlined by Benson Henderson securing a title shot in the lightweight division with a stoppage victory over Freire.
The complete Bellator 160 medical suspensions are below:
- Benson Henderson: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Patricio Freire: Suspended 180 days and no contact for 180 days or clear for possible fracture to Right fibula.
- Derek Anderson: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Saad Awad: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Georgi Karakhanyan: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Bubba Jenkins: Suspended 45 days and no contact for 30 days (KO).
- A.J. McKee: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Cody Walker: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- David Duran: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Kyle Estrada: Suspended 45 days and no contact for 30 days (hard bout).
- Steve Ramirez: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Ron Henderson: Suspended 45 days and no contact for 30 days (TKO).
- Joey Davis: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Keith Cutrone: Suspended 60 days and no contact for 60 days or clear for forehead laceration.
- Gabriel Green: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Alex Trinidad: Suspended 45 days and no contact for 30 days (TKO)
- Jonny Cisneros: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Jake Roberts: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
- Stephen Martinez: Suspended 45 days and no contact for 30 days (TKO).
- Chinzo Machida: Suspended 7 days (mandatory minimum).
