The professional debut of heavyweight of Steve Mowry will take place on September 9 at Titan FC 41 as he will meet Romeo Valdez on the fight card coming from the BankUnited Center in Coral Gables, Florida.
Mowry went undefeated in the amateur ranks and he is making his pro debut after winning his last two amateur fights by submission. His most recent amateur fight took place last year at Gladiator of the Cage MMA 17 as he defeated Chris Araujo by armlock and he currently trains at the Blackzilians.
I had the opportunity to chat with Mowry recently about his upcoming Titan FC debut and along with discussing his fight against Valdez, Mowry told me how he ended up moving from Pittsburgh to South Florida.
