Francisco “Kiko” France vs. Gregory Babene scratched from next week’s Bellator 161

The scheduled middleweight bout between Francisco “Kiko” France and Gregory Babene at next week’s Bellator 161 has been scratched due to France suffering an undisclosed injury.

The fight cancelation was confirmed to The MMA Report by Bellator officials.

Bellator 161 will come from the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, Texas next Friday night and will be headlined by a heavyweight bout as Cheick Kongo meets Tony Johnson.

With France vs. Babene scratched from the fight card, the event will go forward with thirteen fights and the current Bellator 161: Kongo vs. Johnson fight card is below.
