Chase Gormley explains why he felt weak in his last fight and what fighting smart means to him

Next week’s Bellator 162 preliminary card will feature a heavyweight bout as Chase Gormley will look for his second straight victory when he meets Bobby Brents on the fight card coming from the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee.

Gormley (13-5, 1NC) was signed by Bellator last year after he won the Titan FC heavyweight title and lost his promotional debut against Dan Charles. He returned to the Bellator cage earlier this year at Bellator 155 and walked away with a split decision victory against Joey Beltran.

On this week’s edition of “The MMA Report Podcast,” Gormley was a guest on the show to preview his fight in six days against Brents.
