The main event of next week’s CES MMA 42 will be a welterweight title fight as Wilfredo Santiago will challenge Chris Curtis for the 170 pound title on the fight card coming from the Twin Rivers Casino in Lincoln, Rhode Island.
Santiago (7-3) made his CES MMA debut late last year and defeated former CES MMA welterweight champion Chuck O’Neil in 41-seconds at CES MMA 39 in a middleweight bout. The victory over O’Neil marked his fourth straight victory and all of his professional victories have come by stoppage in the opening round.
On this edition of “The MMA Report Podcast Extra,” Santiago previews his fight set for next week at CES MMA 42 against Curtis and opens up about his past that saw him spend time in prison.
