The first event for Bellator MMA will take place later this month in Inglewood, California and the main card on the Paramount Network will feature a featherweight bout as Henry Corrales will look for his third straight victory when he meets Georgi Karakhanyan.
Corrales (14-3) enters Bellator 192 following a decision victory at Bellator 182 in August against Noad Lahat and prior to that victory, he scored a knockout victory against Cody Bollinger at Bellator 170.
During last week’s podcast, Corrales was a guest on the show to preview his upcoming fight against Karakhanyan. Along with previewing that fight, he talked about his victory over Lahat at Bellator 182 and explained why he would not call that victory one of the best performances of his career.
“I think I could have put him away if I would have put it on him a little more,” Corrales said about his win over Lahat. “But I kind of played it safe. I knew I was winning, but it’s all good. It got me here to this fight.”
