The UFC debut for Ricky Simon came last month at UFC Fight Night 128 and he scored a stoppage victory against Merab Dvalishvili at the end of the third round.
The victory for Simon (13-1) marked his fifth straight victory and three of those five wins have come by stoppage. Prior to making his UFC debut, he was coming off a stoppage victory against Vinicius Zani at LFA 36 to retain the LFA bantamweight title.
During last week’s podcast, Simon was a guest on the show to discuss his UFC debut and explained why he’s interested in facing Benito Lopez next.
