LFA 42 will take place tonight from the Branson Convention Center in Branson, Missouri and the main card on AXS TV will feature a light heavyweight bout as Julius Anglickas will step inside MMA competition for the first time since late 2016 when he takes on Erick Murray.
Anglickas (2-1) made his professional mixed martial arts debut at the beginning of 2016 with a 37-second win against Eric Crittendon at Shamrock FC: Blitzkrieg and he’s coming off a three round victory against Mike Doss at Shamrock FC 280 in December of 2016. Since that victory, he took a professional boxing fight in March, which was a victory and tonight will mark his LFA debut.
During this week’s podcast, Anglickas was a guest on the show to preview his fight tonight against Murray and he explained why this will be his first MMA fight since the end of 2016.
