Will Bellator announce the 16 man featherweight field this week?

Cyborg’s contract was supposed to be up in March. What happened with that? Did they extend it for a few months longer?

Who do you think would win these fights?
Rampage vs Ayala? Alavarez vs Aoki 3? McGregor vs Pettis? Chandler vs Patricio 2? Gaethje vs Cerrone? Barnett vs Minakov? Bader vs Kongo? Jones vs Miocic? Davis vs Nemkov 2? Jones vs DC 3 at heavyweight?

Which current or former pro wrestlers do you think will crossover to MMA next?

I commented on here like a couple of days ago. But my ?’s were not on here. What’s up with that?

I am guessing this is in response to comments sent in yesterday afternoon…..I am just getting around to them since I was away from work yesterday.

Will Bellator announce the 16 man featherweight field this week? Have not heard when the tournament field will be announced, but I expect it will come soon since tournament is slated to start in the fall.

Cyborg’s contract was supposed to be up in March. What happened with that? Did they extend it for a few months longer? Have not talked to Cyborg’s management, so can’t comment on this at this time.

Rampage, Alvarez, McGregor, Chandler, Gaethje, Minakov, Bader, Jones, Davis, Jones.

Which current or former pro wrestlers do you think will crossover to MMA next? Don’t really follow pro wrestling much, would have to be someone with an amateur wrestling background.

Yeah, that’s what I was referring to the ?’s I sent yesterday. I don’t know why I said couple days ago. Maybe because it was a long day yesterday for me.

Do you think Cyborg leaves UFC and signs with Bellator or does Pro Wrestling instead? If she signs with Bellator she can do MMA, Kickboxing and Bellator would allow her to box.

Do you think sometime soon we will see Bellator co promote with ONE and KSW?

If there was another trade between 2 promotions in MMA. What 2 do you think they would be?

Do you think Cyborg leaves UFC and signs with Bellator or does Pro Wrestling instead? If she signs with Bellator she can do MMA, Kickboxing and Bellator would allow her to box. Depends on what happens in her next fight. Ideally, she needs the UFC to want to retain her. If they don’t, going to hurt her leverage in contract negotiations. At this time, I would think Bellator is likely option. Just depends on how much they financially value her.

Do you think sometime soon we will see Bellator co promote with ONE and KSW?I could see that. Co-Promotion with ONE would be great for the MMA audience, but KSW may be more likely.

If there was another trade between 2 promotions in MMA. What 2 do you think they would be?Not sure if we will see that again.

Oh, I know why I thought it was a couple of days ago that I sent those ?’s. It’s because the article was posted a couple of days ago.

Why don’t you think there will not be another trade in MMA? If it makes sense for both promotions, I think it will happen again.

I can’t believe that Pico’s on the prelims and not the main card. It’s not like they have to have people tune in to the prelims. Because the prelims are already stacked. Also Bellator is really setting up Pico to fail by not giving him a fight to bounce back after getting knocked out.

Also Bellator is really setting up Pico to fail by not giving him a fight to bounce back after getting knocked out I was a little surprised to see Pico on the prelims, but it does make sense. Friday’s card is a DAZN card. When it comes to Pico matchmaking, this is how to look at it: When you think of the history of Coker and Chou building fighters, this is not how they do things. Which should make you think it’s not them wanting to go this route.

They would have to release those fighters who they are trading so they can sign with the other promotion and vise versa.

What I meant was Pico’s team is not doing good by him with the extreme matchmaking.

Better fit for Bellator, Showtime and CBS or FS1 and FOX? Probably Showtime and CBS would make sense when Viacom and CBS merge back together.
