A bantamweight bout has been added to UFC 166 in Houston as Kjoji Horiguchi will make his UFC debut against Dustin Pague.
UFC officials announced the new bout on Friday and it will be apart of the online preliminary card.
UFC 166 takes place on October 19th from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas and will be headlined by Cain Velasquez defending the UFC heavyweight title in his trilogy bout with former champion Junior dos Santos.
Horiguchi (11-1) is currently on a five fight winning streak and was the Shooto 132 pound champion. His last fight took place in June as he defeated Shintaro Ishiwatari by TKO in the fifth round to retain the Shooto title.
Pague (11-8) has lost his last three fights and all of those defeats have come by decision. He was most recently defeated came at UFC 161 when he lost a split decision to Yves Jabouin.
