UFC Fight Night 35 and the debut episode of The Ultimate Fighter Nations took place last night on Fox Sports 1 and both had declined numbers from previous events/shows. 
According to Nielsen sources, the preliminary overnight rating for UFC Fight Night 35 preliminary card was 220,000 and main card drew 629,000 total viewers.
The UFC Fight Night 35 main card viewership was down 16 percent from the UFC Fight Night 33 card, which took place on a Friday evening. The last UFC fight card on a Wednesday was UFC Fight Night 31 in November, which drew 641,000 viewers.
According to the same Nielsen sources, last night’s debut episode of The Ultimate Fighter Nations landed at 371,000 total viewers, which is down 51 percent from the debut of The Ultimate Fighter 18: Team Rousey vs. Team Tate in September.
The major sports competition that the UFC went up against were a pair of NBA games on ESPN. Both games had over 900,000 viewers and were both in the top 100 cable shows on the evening. The night in cable was won by the season premiere of Duck Dynasty, which drew 8.5 million viewers. This is a decline in their ratings from their last new episode in December and was down 3.3 million from the season four premiere in the summer.
