Bellator 120 took place on Saturday night at the Lander Center in Southaven, Mississippi and the main card on pay-per-view was headlined by Quinton “Rampage” Jackson winning a controversial decision against Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal.
The card also featured a controversial decision in the co-main event as Will Brooks won the interim lightweight title with a split decision over former champion Michael Chandler.

- Jackson has now won three fights in a row since being released by the UFC and signing with Bellator.
- Lawal is now 4-3 in Bellator and his last two defeats have come by decision.
- Brooks won his fifth straight fight with the victory over Chandler and is now tied with Patricky Pitbull and Dave Jansen for the third most wins in Bellator lightweight division history.
- Tito Ortiz snapped a three fight losing streak with his submission victory over Alexander Shlemenko and this was his first win since defeating Ryan Bader at UFC 132 (1,050 days ago).
- The defeat for Shlemenko snapped an eight fight winning streak in Bellator, which was the longest active streak in the organization.
- Alexander Volkov became the fourth fighter in Bellator history to win two tournaments in the same weight class as he defeated Blagoi Ivanov in the heavyweight final. With the victory, he is now tied with Ivanov for the second most wins in Bellator heavyweight division history.
- Michael Page remained undefeated with his first round TKO victory over Ricky Rainey and is now tied for the fourth most TKO/KO wins in Bellator welterweight division history.
- Cheick Kongo has won two of his three fights in Bellator by TKO and he is now tied for the third most TKO/KO wins in Bellator heavyweight division history.
- Marcin Held scored his fifth victory in Bellator by submission and he is now tied with Alexandre Bezerra for the most submissions in Bellator history.
- Fabricio Guerreiro scored his thirteenth career win by submission as he defeated former tournament winner Shahbulat Shamhalaev with a kimura and this is his first win in Bellator to come by submission.
- Shamhalaev is now 12–3-1 in his career and of his defeats have come by submission in the first round.
- Mike Richman has now dropped three of his last four fights since making it to the season eight featherweight tournament final and all of the those defeats have come by decision.
- Ultimate Fighter 10 alum Mike Wessel snapped a two fight losing streak with a TKO win over Justin Frazier and he is now 3-1 in Bellator.
