A lightweight bout is the latest fight booking to the UFC 181 card on December 6th in Las Vegas as Ultimate Fighter 13 winner Tony Ferguson will meet Abel Trujillo.
The fight booking was recently added to the official fight card on the UFC website.
UFC 181 will come from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas and will be headlined by a title rematch as Johny Hendricks defends the UFC welterweight title against Robby Lawler.
Ferguson (16-3) is currently on a three fight winning streak and has won six of his seven fights in the UFC. His most recent win came in the co-main event of UFC 177 at the end of August as he defeated Danny Castillo by split decision.
Trujillo (12-5, 1NC) has won back to back fights and has gone 3-1, 1NC since entering the promotion at the end of 2012. He is coming off a knockout and fight of the night victory at UFC 169 against Jamie Varner, and all three of his wins in the UFC have come by TKO/KO.
