A middleweight bout has been added to UFC on FUEL TV 7 in London as Tom Watson will face Stanislav Nedkov, who will be making his UFC middleweight debut.
UFC officials announced the fight booking over the weekend and it’s not known where the fight will be place on the card.
Watson (15-5) was signed by the UFC earlier this year and made his debut at UFC on FUEL TV 5 against Brad Tavares. He lost the fight by split decision and it snapped a three fight winning streak.
Nedkov (12-0, 1NC) is technically undefeated, since his last fight was declared a no contest when Thiago Silva tested positive for a banned substance at their fight at UFC on FUEL TV 6 in China. This will be his third fight in the UFC, with the two previous bouts coming as a light heavyweight.
UFC on FUEL TV 7 will take place on February 16th at Wembley Arena in London and will be headlined by Renan Barao defending the interim UFC bantamweight title against Michael McDonald.
