A welterweight bout has been booked for UFC 202 on August 20 in Las Vegas, Nevada as Hyun Gyu Lim will meet Sultan Aliev on the preliminary card.
The fight booking was recently added to the official fight card on the UFC website.
UFC 202 will come from the T-Mobile Arena and will be headlined by a welterweight rematch as Nate Diaz will look for his second win against current UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor.
Lim (13-5-1) is coming off a TKO defeat against Neil Magny at UFC Fight Night 66 in May of last year and he is 1-2 in his last three fights. Twelve of his thirteen wins have come by finish and ten of those victories have come by TKO/KO. Aliev (13-2) lost his UFC debut against Kenny Robertson in January of last year and the defeat snapped a four fight winning streak. All of his stoppage wins have come by TKO/KO and seven of those wins have come in the first round.
