The co-main event of Friday’s Bellator 174 will be a middleweight bout as Chris Honeycutt will look to continue his winning streak in the 185 pound division when he meets Kendall Grove on the fight card coming from the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma.
Honeycutt (9-1, 1NC) is currently on a three fight winning streak and has gone 5-1, 1NC in Bellator. After having five fights in the Bellator welterweight division, he returned to middleweight last year and has scored decision victories against Mikkel Parlo and Ben Reiter.
During the most recent episode of “The MMA Report Podcast,” Honeycutt was a guest on the podcast to preview his fight against Grove on Friday at Bellator 174 and talked about doing a portion of his training at American Kickboxing Academy.
