Two new fight bookings have been announced for UFC Fight Night 93 on September 3 in Germany as Taylor Lapilus meets Leandro Issa and Germaine de Randamie faces Ashlee Evans-Smith.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Friday morning.
UFC Fight Night 93 will come from the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg, Germany on September 3 and will be headlined by a heavyweight bout as Andrei Arlovski meets Josh Barnett.
Lapilus (10-2) is coming off a lost against Erik Perez in November and the defeat snapped a five fight winning streak. He is 2-1 in the UFC and seven of his ten wins have come by stoppage. Issa (13-5) is also coming off a defeat as he lost to Iuri Alcantara at UFC 190 last year. The defeat snapped a two fight winning streak and he is 2-2 in his last four fights.
De Randamie (7-3) has won back to back fights and is 3-1 in the UFC. Her most recent win came in May as she defeated Anna Elmose by TKO at UFC Fight Night 87. Evans-Smith (4-1) is 1-1 in the UFC and is coming off a split decision win against Marion Reneau at UFC Fight Night 83. Both of her stoppage wins have come by TKO and both of them have come in the third round.
