Amateur welterweight Frank Manion will look to remain undefeated in his young career tonight at Shamrock FC: Retaliation in Kansas City, Missouri as he will meet John Boehner in the fight card coming from the Ameristar Casino.
Manion (2-0) has won both of his amateur fights by stoppage and his most recent win came in January as he defeated Mike Williams at Shamrock FC: Assault. On Thursday’s edition of “The MMA Report Podcast,” Manion was a guest on the show to promote his fight tonight and talked about how he is going to make Boehner “fight my fight.”
“I have no idea who this guy is,” Manion said. “The first time I will see him is on weigh-ins. So I just have to go out there and implement my game plan. Make him fight him fight my fight. That is the only thing you can do.”
