The twelfth episode of The Ultimate Fighter 23 premiered Wednesday on FS1 and the show featured Amanda Cooper and Khalil Roundtree advancing to the finals of the strawweight and light heavyweight tournaments.
According to Nielson sources, the show drew 601,000 viewers in the preliminary ratings (Live+SD) and peaked at 683,000 viewers in the 10:45-11:00 quarter hour.
This is the most-watched Spring regular season final episode since the show debuted on FS1 and the most-watched episode of this season in the preliminary ratings. The viewership from this episode is up 42 percent over last Spring’s episode 12 (601,000 vs. 423,000) and up 3 percent over Spring 2014’s episode 12 (601,000 vs. 586,000).
Following the twelfth episode of The Ultimate Fighter 23, TUF Talk was broadcasted live from the lobby of the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas at 11:00 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT and posted 161,000 viewers. This viewership is up 18 percent above both the current season-to-date average and the first half hour of FOX Sports Live following last Spring’s episode 12 (161,000 vs. 137,000).
