The free agency of featherweight Georgi Karakhanyan came to an end on Friday as he has signed a new multi-year, multi-fight contract with Bellator.
Bellator announced the re-signing of Karakhanyan on social media today.
Karakhanyan (25-6-1) became a free agent following his win against Bubba Jenkins at Bellator 160 and he has gone 2-2 since coming back to Bellator in 2015. Both of his recent wins in Bellator have come against Jenkins and the two recent defeats in Bellator were against Daniel Weichel and former Bellator featherweight champion Pat Curran.
