The official UFC 203 weigh-ins took place on Friday morning in Cleveland, Ohio and the heavyweight title fight is now official after both fighters made weight.
Today’s official weigh-ins took place at the fighter hotel and the ceremonial weigh-ins will take place later today at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT at the Quicken Loans Arena.
In the main event of the fight card, Stipe Miocic (246 lbs) will make his first UFC heavyweight title defense as he is challenged by Alistair Overeem (248.5 lbs) and the co-main event will also be a heavyweight fight as former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum (239.5 lbs) has a rematch against Travis Browne (241 lbs).
The only fighter to miss weight on the card was preliminary card fighter Michael McBride. He missed weight by two pounds and he has been fined 20 percent of his purse due to missing weight. The fight will remain on the fight card and will go forward as a catchweight bout of 158 pounds.
