Ratings Report: Debut episode of The Ultimate Fighter 24 draws 370,000 viewers in preliminary ratings

The season premiere of The Ultimate Fighter 24 took place on Wednesday (10 p.m. ET, FS1) and this season of the reality show will determine the next title challenger for current UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson.

The premiere episode of The Ultimate Fighter 24 was a two hour episode and according to Nielson sources, the preliminary viewership of the premiere episode was 370,000 viewers and this was the most-watched show on FS1 on Wednesday.

Following the premiere of The Ultimate Fighter 24, the season debut of TUF Talk (12-12:30 a.m. ET) hosted by Karyn Bryant drew 120,000 viewers on FS1 and UFC programming counted for four of the top five programs for FS1 on Wednesday.

When it came to the sports competition on Wednesday night, the NFL preseason game between the Washington Redskins and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on NFL Network drew 911,000 viewers and the MLB game on ESPN (8 p.m. ET) came in with 662,000 viewers.

When it comes to the ratings for The Ultimate Fighter, the key ratings to pay attention to our the +3 DVR numbers. Those numbers will be released by Nielson on Tuesday and The MMA Report will have those numbers when they are released.
