Joaquin Buckley vs. Justin Patterson added to preliminary card of Bellator 175

A welterweight bout has been added to the preliminary card of Bellator 175 on March 31 in Rosemont, Illinois as Joaquin Buckley will meet Justin Patterson on the fight card coming from the Allstate Arena.

The fight booking was confirmed to The MMA Report on Wednesday.

Bellator 175 will be headlined by a rematch as Quinton “Rampage” Jackson meets Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal in a heavyweight bout and the main card will also feature the second Bellator fight for Noad Lahat.

Buckley (6-1) made his Bellator debut last year and scored a knockout victory against Chris Heatherly at Bellator 157. He enters Bellator 175 following a defeat against Jackie Gosh at Bellator 164 and five of his six victories have come by TKO/KO. Patterson (9-2) has won back to back fights and has won three of his four fights in Bellator. His most recent win came earlier this month as he defeated Jason Witt by stoppage in the third round.
