UFC Fight Night 117 main card peaks at 622k viewers on FXX and had an average minute audience of 3,614 on FOX Sports Go

UFC Fight Night 117 took place this past Friday night from the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan and was headlined by Ovince Saint Preux defeating Yushin Okami by submission in the opening round.

Due to college football on FS1, the entire fight card aired on FXX and the preliminary card (8-10p ET) came in with 416,000 viewers. Following the conclusion of the prelims, the main card (10p-1a) delivered 502,000 viewers and the peak audience of the fight card came in the 10:45-11:00p ET quarter-hour with 622,000 viewers according to Nielson Media Research sources.

Along with learning the viewership via Nielson Media Research sources, The MMA Report has learned that UFC Fight Night 117 had an average minute audience of 3,992 for the prelims and 3,614 for the main card on the FOX Sports Go app.

UFC Fight Night 117 marked the first UFC Fight Night card to air on FXX and the MMA promotion will return to FXX next Saturday night for the UFC 216 prelims, which will be headlined by a bantamweight bout between Tom Duquesnoy and Cody Stamann.
