Friday’s Bellator 197 main card broadcast on the Paramount Network will feature a matchup of two young welterweights that have a combined record of 15-1 as Logan Storley will look to mean undefeated when he takes on Joaquin Buckley on the fight card coming from The Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri.
Storley (7-0) enters this fight card following a decision victory against Matt Secor at Bellator 186 in November and that fight marked the first time he went the distance in a mixed martial arts fight. Prior to that fight, all of his wins had come by TKO/KO and five of them came in the opening round.
I recently had an opportunity to speak with Storley about his fight against Buckley at Bellator 197 and our complete conversation is below and includes Storley talking about his mindset of taking care of one fight at a time.
