Former CES MMA bantamweight title challenger Kody Nordby will return to action tomorrow night at CES MMA 38 as he will meet Brandon Seyler on the fight card coming from the Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Mashantucket, Connnecticut.
This will be the first fight for Norby (6-4) since losing to Andre Soukhamthath for the CES MMA bantamweight title and the defeat snapped a three fight winning streak. Following his defeat to Soukhamthath at CES MMA 33, Nordy decided it was time to make some changes.
“I made some changes. Before I was just training at Top Flight Wrestling, which is still awesome. But I have linked up with Greg Rebello,” Nordby explained to The MMA Report. “Who has done awesome things for me. He has taken me to Tri-Force. Taken me to Sityodtong up in Boston. He has really changed up a lot of my game in such a short amount of time. Working with guys like Rob Font up there and Pete Jeffrey down at Tri-Force, it’s been one hell of a training camp. Probably the best one of my career.”
