Bellator 160 took place on Friday night from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California and was headlined by Benson Henderson securing a title shot in the lightweight division with a stoppage victory due to injury against Patricio “Pitbull” Freire.
According to Nielson sources, Bellator 160’s preliminary average viewership landed at 725,000 viewers and the average viewership for Bellator in 2016 in the preliminary ratings is 740,000.
When it came to the sports competition on cable, the Bellator fight card went up against a NFL preseason game on NFL Network (918,000 viewers) and College Football on ESPN (782,000 viewers).
