A women’s flyweight bout will be part of tonight’s Bellator 167 main card on Spike as Ilima MacFarlane will look to remain undefeated as she will meet Emily Ducote on the fight card coming from the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma.

MacFarlane (4-0) was signed by Bellator last year and she has gone 3-0 in the promotion. Her last two wins have come by submission and her most recent victory came in June as she defeated Rebecca Ruth by rear-naked choke at Bellator 157.

During this week’s edition of “The MMA Report Podcast,” MacFarlane was a guest on the podcast to preview her fight tonight against Ducote at Bellator 167.

I actually thought Emily Ducote had too much power and strength for Ilima MacFarlane, but I was wrong. Emily Ducote looked gassed in the 3rd round while Ilima MacFarlane was peppering Emily Ducote with combinations. I still don’t get the one judge 30-27 scorecard because how did he see Ilima MacFarlane winning the 1st Round is just mind boggling. Ilima MacFarlane keeps winning her way to a matchup against Anastasia Yankova that she has been wanting. But with Anastasia Yankova healing up some injuries and wanting a rematch against Veta Arteaga, I guess Bellator could matchup Ilima MacFarlane against Jessica Middleton. We shall see.

There was so bad scorecards this weekend in MMA, including the referee that scored the Trice fight 28-28. One of the worse scorecards I have ever seen.
